For attendants the registration fees include:

Access to scientific sessions.
Book of Abstracts & Programme.
A volume of Acta Horticulturae with the contributions to the workshop.
Welcoming party at the Hotel NH Plaza de Armas.
Lunch and morning & afternoon coffee/tea on the three days of the workshop (except for those registered as 'Students').

Both the visit to the Alcázar and the gala dinner are optional.

For accompanying persons the registration fees include:

The gala dinner will be at the Robles Placentines restaurant (see the Links page).
No refunds will be paid for any services not used.
