Power Point presentations must be in the version 2003 or compatible.

All oral presentations will be in English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Duration: 15 min, plus 5 min for questions from the audience.

Some of the contributions may have to be presented as posters (90 x 120 cm maximum). Main authors will be informed by June 16.

At least one author of an accepted abstract should be registered by July 15, to ensure that we have a reliable programme for all registrants.

Except for those presenting in the morning of the first day, please remember to give your presentation to the organizers no later than some two hours before the session in which your contribution is included.
